The CTR-80 Bowl Cutter is a compact, high-performance industrial cutter designed for reliable chopping, mixing, and emulsifying. Its all-stainless-steel construction supports hygienic production, easy cleaning, and long service life in demanding processing environments.

The machine features a discharge system with automatic unloading, helping operators speed up batch handling and reduce manual labor. The bowl design helps prevent product overflow, improving operational safety and keeping the work area cleaner during high-speed processing.

For stable and smooth operation, the main shaft is supported by a large imported bearing, reducing vibration and extending service life—even at knife speeds up to 4500 rpm. The separate electrical control cabinet is designed for industrial reliability with sealed, waterproof, and moisture-protected construction. A built-in temperature indicator allows operators to monitor product temperature throughout the process.

In addition to meat processing, the CTR-80 can also be used for fish, fruits, vegetables, and nuts, making it a versatile choice for multi-product facilities.
