The CTR-60 Bowl Cutter is a compact, high-output industrial food cutter designed for precise chopping, mixing, and emulsifying in meat and food processing. Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, it is built for hygienic production, easy cleaning, and long service life in demanding environments.

With a 60-liter cast bowl, VFD (frequency inverter) speed control, and a flexible 4 forward + 1 reverse speed structure, the CTR-60 allows operators to control texture and processing intensity with accuracy. The machine is equipped with a joystick control unit for practical operation, an integrated temperature indicator for real-time monitoring, and a safety-interlocked lid switch to support safe production.

The CTR-60 is well-suited for producing a wide range of products such as sausage emulsions, meatball mixtures, kebab-style blends, pâtés, and other processed food formulations where consistent particle size and uniform mixing are critical.
