KRT-300 Mixing Machine

Model: KRT-300

Used in sausage, spiced sausage, salami, donner kabab, burger type production and in the meat processing industry. Ensures that the products and spices and other ingredients are mixed homogneously thanks to the interlacing pallets within the reservoir. The product reaches the desired consistency within a maximum of 10-15 minutes.

Vacuuming, heating and cooling system could be added optionally at larger capacities.

Industrial mixing machine models have a digital control system. In order for the mixture to be of the desired quality, the duration and direction of the mixing process can be adjustable. It is possible to install the program.

Except for the KRT-200, the ability to add water and sauce can be optionally added to industrial mixing machines. The desired amount can be entered from the control panel.

KRT-300, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 models have hydraulic cover system. Air pistons that are difficult to control and dangerous are not used on the top cover. Pneumatic piston is preferred in front discharge models. All models are equipped  200  lt of meat carrier standartly. Waterproof buttons are used on the control panel.
