The CTR-120 Bowl Cutter is a high-capacity industrial meat cutter engineered for fast, consistent chopping and emulsifying in professional food processing lines. Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent hygiene, corrosion resistance, and easy wash-down cleaning—ideal for intensive daily production.
Designed for efficient workflow, the CTR-120 features a practical discharge (unloading) system and supports a 200-liter meat trolley, helping operators handle product transfer quickly and safely. A frequency inverter (VFD) provides precise control over speed and torque, improving batch consistency across different recipes and meat textures.
Control & Programming
The machine includes a digital control system, with an optional joystick control panel for operators who prefer manual-style command. The cutter supports 7 speed steps (6 forward + 1 reverse) with adjustable speed control. A built-in temperature indicator and flexible process logic allow operation by time or by temperature, protecting product quality and supporting repeatable results. With 25 programmable recipes, production teams can save settings for different products and switch between them quickly.
Cutting System & Monitoring
Equipped with 6 German blades, the CTR-120 is built for reliable performance and clean cutting. Operators can monitor both knife rotation and bowl rotation, enabling better control of texture, particle size, and emulsification.
