Used in sausage, spiced sausage and salami production and to smoke fish. Capable of cooking, boiling, frying and smoking The heating system could be steam, electric, with boiler (natural gas or diesel fuel as desired. Easy to use and program thanks to the full automatic electronic board. Equipped with a thermometer to automatically read and transmit the wet, dry and humid temperatures. Comes with a printer outlet for quality control purposes. Air-condition system could be added optionally. Models with 1, 2 and 3 trolleys are standard and special ovens could be manufactured on demand.
• Body, chassis and steam heating channels are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel
• Doors are manufactured as manual opening
• Oven inlet sizes conform to international norms
• Ramp channel system that facilitates the entrance and exit of the oven trolleys
• In-furnace protective barriers
• Convenient and easy to clean
• Possibility to create 999 process consisting of 15 steps
• It is produced in accordance with CE standards
Isolation is maintained according to applicable standarts in order to minimize heat loss inside the oven and to avoid fall of temperature. Door hinges are resistant to oven inside ambient conditions. (Heat, Steam, Humidity) The Doors optionally are opened and closed automatically.

Furnaces are divided into two groups, one after the other, as closed tunnel and open tunnel. In open tunnels, entrances and exits can be made through separate doors, and in closed tunnels, loading and unloading can be done from a single door. We can classify open and closed tunnel kilns as single trolley and double trolley.
