CTR-100 cutter which is designed for medium scale companies, used in meat processing factories whose capacities 1 or 5 ton per day.

• It is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless.
• Knives and Bowl rpm is adjustable for 6 different step. 
• It has frequency converter and completely waterproof programmable touch panel
• Bowl cover is opened and closed manually safety switch is under the bowl cover, If it is open, machine will be stop. 
• By frequency convertor, knives can turn opposite direction and can be used in mixing process.
• There is a temperature sensor to measure the chamber temperature.
• Volumetric control device can be added to give water to the product. (Optional)
