AUGER AND GROOVE SYSTEM

Our Meat Grinder's auger and groove system are suitable for grinding meat 3-4 times, so the meat doesn't become deformed.

DEMOUNTABLE GROOVE SYSTEM

Demountable groove system is available for our all grinder machines as optional. The groove system can be easily removed and cleaned, thereby maximum hygiene can be provided. All mince machine models have also plain versions (without cooling system) and they are used also commonly at sector.

COOLING SYSTEM

Cooling system can be added to our all models as optional. Cooling system is designed as demountable. Therefore it can be mounted later. Environmentally-conscious R134A gas is used in cooling motor of the machines. The motor of cooling system is industrial type. Cooler indicator Eliwell 30 Amper IP 65 is durable against powder and water.

SINEW SEPARATOR SYSTEM

Optionally, PKM-32 and PKM-42 models can be manufactured with sinew separation system. Thanks to the nerve separation nut, the sinew ratio in the meat can be adjusted.
