It is specifically designed for grinding meat in butchers, markets, hotels, restaurants and meat processing sector.

• Perfect combination of helix and body dimensions for high efficiency

• Thanks to the removable groove set, the machine is very easy to clean. (Optional)

• The pipes and frosting in the cooling system are camouflaged. The cooler is mounted at the back of the machine. Since the cooler operates independently when it malfunctions, it can be removed and reinstalled. (Optional)

• Cooling heat control system is digital and easily adjustable

• Gear reducer system

• 1 stainless steel mirror (Italian/Salvador)

• 1 steel blade

• 1 polyethylene pusher

All models are manufactured as three-phase (industrial electricity). They can be manufactured as single-phase (household electricity) according to need.
Our machines can operate with 1 mirror and 1 blade.
The mirrors are stainless steel and Italian-made Salvador; the blades are steel and German-made L&W brand
